Refund & Cancellation Policy

• A refund request may be considered only if submitted within 7 days from the course start date.
• After this period, no refund request will be entertained under any circumstances.

If a refund is approved within the allowed window:

• 15% of the total course fee will be deducted as admission charges, academic planning charges, and system setup/onboarding costs.
• If the course fee is above ₹1,00,000, a flat cancellation fee of ₹15,000 applies.
• Additional deductions may apply for classes already conducted, study material shared, and mentorship sessions initiated.

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

• Student does not attend classes after enrollment
• Student is irregular or inactive
• Change of mind or lack of interest
• Dissatisfaction due to performance or results
• Change of faculty or schedule
• Partial usage of course

• Seats in Super 10 batches are limited and reserved upon booking.
• Once a seat is confirmed, it is blocked for other students.

• Refund requests must be submitted in written format only.
• Requests via call or verbal communication will not be accepted.

Your request must include:

• Student details (name, enrollment ID)
• Proof of payment
• Reason for withdrawal

• Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days.
• Refund will be credited only to the original payment source.

• In rare cases such as a medical emergency or relocation, a refund may be considered at Reskool's sole discretion.
• Supporting documents are mandatory for such requests.

This policy applies equally to all students without exception. Reskool operates on a structured academic system with limited seats. Enrollment reflects commitment to the full program, and refund requests are strictly governed by this policy.
