Welcome to Reskool. By enrolling in any course or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all programs including online classes, home tuition, mentorship, and test series.

• Admission to programs is subject to availability of seats.
• For “Super 10” batches, enrollment is limited and may be selective.
• Reskool reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment without obligation to provide a reason.

• All fees must be paid in advance as per the selected program.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Reskool.
• In case of installment plans, timely payment is mandatory. Delay may result in suspension of services.
• Fees are non-transferable to another student.

• Classes may be conducted online (live sessions) or offline/home tuition depending on the program.
• Reskool reserves the right to change class timings, faculty, or mode of delivery if required.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances (technical issues, faculty unavailability), alternative arrangements will be made.

• Reskool ensures quality educators; however, faculty may be replaced if required.
• Replacement of faculty does not constitute grounds for refund or cancellation.

• Students are expected to attend classes regularly and complete assigned work.
• Performance improvement depends significantly on student effort, discipline, and consistency.
• Reskool is not responsible for poor performance due to lack of participation or effort.

• Regular tests and assignments are part of the academic system.
• Performance analysis is provided for guidance purposes only.
• Rankings and results are indicative and not guaranteed actual exam outcomes.

• Mentorship sessions (including interactions with rankers/experts) are designed for guidance and strategy.
• Mentorship does not guarantee specific academic results or ranks.

• Once enrolled, students cannot claim a refund upon discontinuation.
• In special cases, partial adjustments may be considered at Reskool's discretion.
• Reskool reserves the right to terminate enrollment in case of misconduct or violation of rules.

Students must:

• Maintain discipline during classes
• Respect faculty and fellow students
• Avoid any disruptive behavior

• All study materials, tests, and class content are the intellectual property of Reskool.
• Sharing, recording, distributing, or reproducing content without permission is strictly prohibited.
• Any misuse may result in legal action.

• Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and required devices for online classes.
• Reskool is not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues on the student's end.

• Reskool may share student performance updates with parents/guardians.
• Communication channels include calls, messages, or reports.

• Reskool shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of its services.
• The platform provides educational support, not guaranteed outcomes.

• Reskool reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of appropriate courts.
